What is asking to change?

What is asking to change?

Change doesn’t always ask you to become someone new. Sometimes it asks you to come home to who you already are.

A moment of listening

A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER

Not to be more. Just to be whole.

Not to be more. Just to be whole.

Not to be more. Just to be whole.

For much of my life, I have been drawn to the idea of coming home. Not simply to a place, but to that quiet space within ourselves where the noise settles, our own voice becomes clear, and we remember what is true.

I come from a landscape of mountain, stone and wild heather—a place where strength and resilience took root long before me. It taught me that growth does not always happen in easy ground. Sometimes it emerges through the cracks, quietly finding its way toward the light.

Over time, I have come to understand transformation in much the same way. It is not always about striving to become someone new. Sometimes it asks us to root more deeply in who we are. To release what no longer belongs. To stand clearly in what we know to be true. And, when the time is right, to make room for something new to grow.

Transforming Ways grew from that understanding. It is an invitation to pause, listen and become curious about what is asking to change—not from a belief that we need to be more, but from the possibility that we might become more fully ourselves.
